We will become the service Provider of Choice for organizations who seek to work with HSE professionals in delivering improved HSE performance through training or on-site assistance


Our Beginning
Total Safety Management Trinidad Limited (TSM) was founded in November 2003 by Joe Pires and Kevin Moran.  They identified the lack of an established high quality HSE service provider in Trinidad and Tobago with professional staff who benefited from security of employment and a commitment from their employer to provide professional development.

Our Present
TSM works across the industrial sectors in Trinidad and Tobago and from the beginning of 2006 has begun to work internationally sending locally trained staff to support clients in Angola and Colombia.  We have a number of clients involved in the Energy sectors and our personnel are building a reputation for delivering the quality and professionalism that we set out to achieve. 

We also work with clients in manufacturing, facilities management, retail and insurance industries, supplying personnel on both long and short term contracts. 

Training continues to be a growing market for TSM, providing both clients and employees with professional development opportunities that have previously been unavailable in Trinidad.  The client base for this training extends across all industries in Trinidad and Tobago.

Our Future
TSM continues to demonstrate commitment to the development of the HSE profession in Trinidad and Tobago.  Our active involvement in the establishment of a Caribbean Branch of the UK based Chartered Institute the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) underlines that commitment. 

Expanding into the international market place brings real benefit to the nation. Exposing locally trained professionals to the international workplace allows them to bring learning’s from their experience home to Trinidad and Tobago.  

TSM will continue to develop a broader range of services and deepen existing service levels so as to enable all industries in Trinidad and Tobago to access a high quality portal for developing excellent HSE performance while optimising their commercial opportunity.
